  • Zoho CRM and Zoho Forms

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Cloudways (website hosting provider)

Some data may be stored on servers located in the United States, depending on our providers. All storage and transfers comply with Quebec and Canadian privacy regulations.

We retain:

  • Client data as long as needed to manage the financing relationship and offer refinancing

  • Non-client data is removed from our CRM within a reasonable time

You may request deletion or anonymization of your data at any time.


7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to enhance your website experience and analyze performance.

What types of cookies we use:

  • Essential cookies – for website functionality

  • Performance cookies – to measure traffic and usage

  • Functional cookies – to remember preferences
